The man accused of ploughing his car into a group of children in NSW, killing four of them, has been hit with an additional 14 charges including being under the influence of cocaine and MDMA.
Samuel Davidson was allegedly three times the legal alcohol limit when his ute allegedly mounted a kerb and struck the youngsters who were walking along Bettington Road in Oatlands to get ice-cream on February 1.
Siblings Antony, 13, Angelina, 12 and Sienna, 8, were killed at the scene, along with their 11-year-old cousin Veronique Sakr.
An 11-year-old boy and two girls, aged 10 and 13, were also injured and underwent treatment at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead.
The 29-year-old was initially charged with 20 offences including four counts of manslaughter and is due to appear in Parramatta Local Court today.
However, NSW police confirmed this morning that he is now facing an additional 14 charges including:
• Four counts of aggravated dangerous driving occasioning death – influence of drug or drugs (MDMA)
• Four counts of aggravated dangerous driving occasioning death – speed more than 45km/h over limit
• Aggravated dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm – influence of drug (MDMA)
• Aggravated dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm – speed more than 45km/h over limit
• Drive vehicle, illicit drug present in blood (Cocaine)
• Drive vehicle, illicit drug present in blood (MDMA)
• Proceed through red traffic light
• Not give particulars to police.

Case closed. This guy is no better than someone who decides - just for the hell of it - to fire a clip into an apartment building. Maybe those rounds will kill no one. Or maybe those rounds will kill ten people.
If the state wanted to throw Davidson into a filthy dungeon for 50 years, that would be just fine with me.
Walking along the side of a road—even when on a sidewalk—is surprisingly dangerous because of monsters like that getting behind a wheel.
I see why your name is quick shot. You comment before reading the story. The reason the children weren’t seatbelted in was because they were walking on the side of the road. Of course, at the rate we are going, persons under the age of 18 will soon be required to be seatbelted while they walk down the sidewalk but we aren’t quite there yet.

We need to ban Flubros from doing MDMA and Cocaine and from driving trains.
That was not my point at all. After all the things they charged him with the must have missed that.....
