In the event of a collision at sea, the vessel (or iceberg) with the greater gross tonnage wins.

The, now former, 1,500 tonne Venezuelan Navy patrol ship Naiguatá, pennant number GC-23

rammed the 8,445 tonne cruise ship RCGS Resolute with predictable results.

I don't know what the Venezuelan CO was thinking. Even the dimmest ensign in the US Navy knows this would be a bad idea.

...sounds like that idea would be strictly DELTA SIERRA.
