My concern with all this Wuhan virus is private healthcare is shutting down. The “media” says elective surgical procedure not occurring.
What does that mean? Botox, boobs, etc.

Cardiac caths, stents etc, diagnostic care, mammograms (due for yearly and told only for diagnostic needs).
This Wuhan virus is not only shut down this economy but another DS for forcing in socialized medicine. Many private hospitals and private practices are furloughing employees.
I honestly do not understand just how they are determining just which procedures are ‘elective.’ I just know that the SICU has been quite void of Surgery Patients for 2 weeks or so, longer even.
