CNN journalist Yamiche Alcindor asked President Donald Trump a question about a Sean Hannity interview where he allegedly said that certain states' leaders are asking for ventilators and other things that they do not need. Trump, visibly irritated (and rightfully so) responded with a degree of disdain. He did not like the way the question was phrased or the general tone behind it, saying that it was threatening and not nice.
This type of behavior from CNN is, of course, not new at all. It is pretty much par for the course. As more and more people cut their cords and drop cable subscriptions, CNN must find more viewers. The recent issue with the Chinese Virus is not helping matters, because people aren't traveling as much to airports and other places where CNN is the default on large flat-screen televisions in waiting areas.
It seems like the only thing left for CNN to do is .... devolve into what can be described as a tabloid magazine. All for the name of clicks and views. Very sad what has become of a once proud and respected network!
Is he related to Kareem Abdul-Jabbar?
No he is related to kareem of wheat
What is a Yamiche Alcindor? Is it a sexually transmitted disease like Herpes?
Trump bitch-slapped both of them just now. One at a time.
I know him! That’s Roger Murdock.
He's a real lew-lew, this one.
Yeah acosta’s question deserved for him to get his azz kicked repeatedly. What a jerk.
When I first came upon this thread I thought that researchers had at long last identified that “yamiche alcindor” is the medical term for the virus that causes TDS. I guess I was wrong (and not a little disappointed that the TDS virus has not yet been identified).
“It seems like the only thing left for CNN to do is .... devolve into what can be described as a tabloid magazine.”
For CNN, is that really a step down?
She works for PBS, not CNN.
CNN’s extra-planetary hiring policies have really paid off.
Once proud and respected? That was so long ago, if ever, that I can't remember. Maybe in the days of Bernard Shaw....
Yeah, I was thinking that as I was watching it. The video he showed was from CNN. Still, she is becoming the ‘new Jim Acosta’.
Yamiche Alcindor. It means a burner phone, after it’s been burnt.
As the title character in The Story of Alexander Graham Bell (1939), he convinced many moviegoers that it had been he, Don Ameche, who invented the telephone, not the character he played. Ameche became common slang for telephone as in, ‘You’re wanted on the Ameche.
But most of all, I liked Lynne Russell.
On the bright side CNN viewership has dropped significantly in airports throughout the country.
Black mooselip lesbian checks all the boxes for PBS.
Tabloids have a grain of truth, so that would be an evolve for CNN.
