Landlord/investors are getting screwed so hard-unspeakable what local govs are doing
I don’t see anything in there which would help a landlord.
It is ridiculous to get a loan with no income coming in because rents do not have to be paid for the next three months. Why should the landlord pay for utilities to keep the “squatters” happy?
