My yard is soaking wet like a water-filled sponge. The air is so thick with pollen you can hardly see down the road.

I have got to check on my chickens and feed my bees. I know that sounds funny, but they need good nutrition so I can get clover honey earlier this year.

We’ve finally, in the past day or 2, gotten dry enough to actually mow the yard.

Pollen yellow covers everything here as well.

I proactively took a loratadine this morning. I think it’s working LOL. I’m cleaning out closets and dusty corners.

Nope. Not weird. My grandfather was a bee keeper in Utah. We always had the best honey. Peanut butter and honey sandwiches were always a treat when we visited. Maybe that’s why I don’t have allergies. We don’t get local honey too much anymore but there is a food truck out in my neck of the woods called “The Ripe Juicery” and they put local honey in the items we purchase there. If you are near Kennesaw you should try it. We make the drive there, although not too far, because it’s all fresh produce and fruits that they try to source locally.
