How many are burners used by people having affairs and such? Hard to be clandestine when you are locked in one place.

I don’t think a burner phone would count as a subscription.
A lot of people might have a subscription that is paid for by their employer, but if they’re laid off there’s no reason for the company to keep paying for it.
