Up-to-date stats of France COVID-19 metrics, regional metrics, and then the current patients in Dr. Didier Raoult's group of patients on the Hydroxychloroquine and Azythromycin regimen.
Here are the statistics as of 3/27/2020:
France:
Cases: 524,384
Fatalities: 23,587
IHU Stats:
Number of tests performed: 38,436
Number of patients APM / IHU tested: 14,101
Number of APM / IHU patients testing positive: 1,577
Fatalities: 11
Patients on Hydroxychloroquine / Azythromycin treatment:
Cohort Number: 701
Fatalities (for those at least 3 days on treatment): 1

Just confirming what we have known for months.
Screw that. As documented a few posts ago, Dr. Raoult is a climate change denier. He’s no scientist.
/S
That is how you do a proper study /s/.
Of course we already know the outcome. It's physics and probability of large numbers.
Actually the website says that the stats apply to those receiving hydroxychloroquine with or without (+-) azithromycin. It is possible the single death occurred with someone who was not receiving the azithromycin.
Thanks for posting and I want to thank Dr. Raoult for making these numbers public.
Also the initial numbers are for the entire world (monde) not France: Cases: 524,384, Fatalities: 23,587.
The second set of numbers are for the hospital overall, and the final set are for the group of treated patients. My French isn't good enough, nor is the chart clear enough to know if the total set of patients includes the treatment group of 701 or not.
But their treatment results are quite good, with almost a 5X reduction of fatality rate.
Ping!
Thanks for posting this !

The first stats you listed are World Not France.
The only problem I have with that site is it only mentions the number of patients treated with Hydroxycholorquie + Azithromycine (701 as of this writing). It only mentions the number of deaths ( 1 as of today ), No mention of how many recovered <-— This data is what people like me want to know.
Chuckle!
He needs lessons on Chloroquine from the true experts, the governors of Nevada and Michigan..
It’s not randomized, but looks like they had 1577 positive tests. Of those positives, 701 received at least 3 days of hydroxychloroquine±azithromycin and so far had only 1 death. Presumably the other 876 had none, or at most 2 days, of that with 10 deaths in that group. There’s not a shortage of patients so it’s reasonable to try to recruit volunteers to provide formal official proof it works after the fact. For those not wanting to participate in a trial the uncontrolled 8x lower death rate may drive them to take the treatment.
.
Aagh! I dropped the ball on that. Was not paying close enough attention.
Good catch.
How did I miss this thread? Thank you.
