The Indian government already recommended the use of hydroxychloroquine by heath care workers as a prophylaxis against COVID-19.

"Mean"while, back in America, numerous state governors have declared it essential that "their" citizens, the ones on "their plantations", NOT get Hydroxychloroquine...

I can't speak to what the intentions are in those shriveled black clinkers they call their hearts, only they and God can know that.

But I can notice that their behavior is indistinguishably from what it would be if they wanted most of us to die gasping for our last breath in our own flooded lungs.
