Let's say tenants don't pay rent. Property taxes are not lowered. Landlord cannot pay taxes (rent).State takes the property. There is no longer the tenant/landlord class. Who will the tenants complaint to now? The government? The government is now their landlord. Control.

I'm thinkin' if ol' cowmow had the sense God gave a goat he'd eyeball the success of one particular NYC property owner now occupying 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. I know, neck deep in DS doesn't leave many options to exercise good sense. President Trump has shown he's truly a President dedicated to We The People but just like most of us I expect there's a bigger place in his heart for his hometown. Governor cuomo is a dolt for poking that bear.
