The real question is wth the Hosp. Administrator is doing, not getting the overflow and less sick redirected/transported to other hospitals?
Why are the hospitals not coordinating and wtf is the Mayor doing about the failed logistics and cooperation.
Local failures fall squarely on local officials with their thumbs up their butts, while complaining about Trump.
I have no doubt that there are a lot of screws up along the chain that are causing problems to those on the front line.
