We’ve seen these people use the same phrasing/terminology in the ‘get back to work, peasants!’.
My second biggest concern with this virus is the likelihood we’ll end up with single payer. Because either the insurance companies go TU, or there will be so many middle aged/middle income people who end up with catastrophic medical bills they’ll have no choice but to support single payer.
Ok, so today reminds me of why every time I raise chicks in the garage that I say never again when I move them out. Floor to ceiling dust on everything. You cannot even vacuum it, only rinse the entire garage.
Oh well, at least I have a very clean garage now!!!

If CV spreads to half the population the government will absolutely take over health care.
When young and middle aged people who haven’t gone to the doctors for decades, and have no insurance start falling off and face hospital bills they will never pay it will be too much.
Hospitals, insurance, state and local, the infected with no/poor insurance.
If you don’t want Socialized Medicine, act responsible and prevent the spread of CV.
This is how I see it too. The compassionate move to keep the elderly out of harm’s way is to prevent Medicare from bankrupting the country. So that’s out of the way, if the elderly keep sequestering. But the rest of it may be too much.
What we couldn’t be convinced of intellectually we are going to have to learn to love.
