Always remember this rule of thumb: When the government tells you that some horrific event is going to happen, IT WON’T; or, put another way, if a horrific mass death incident occurs, you can bet our incompetent Government had plenty of warning and did not alert the public....The proof:
1) Y2K-—Nuclear power plants would melt down....
2) Ozone depletion-—never happened
3) Swine Flu in late ‘70s—never materialized
4) heterosexual AIDS-—BIG ASS LIE
Compare:
1) Pearl Harbor—The Japs did everything but RSVP that they were going to attack us.
2) 9/11-—Thanks to Clinton’s “wall,” all the information that the FBI had regarding terrorists in flight schools couldn’t be shared with other intel agencies. We had plenty of warning.

I hope we can all be good-natured enough to keep things going here at FR, because I gotta be honest with you -- a lot of people here have really surprised me with their response to this idiocy.

One guy in my state posted an announcement the other day that his gun club had closed under the orders of the governor. This is a GUN CLUB ... closing under the orders of THE GOVERNMENT.

I told him they should close it permanently. A gun club that closes under government orders isn't a real gun club; it's a Girl Scout troop with a membership comprised entirely of middle-aged transgenders.
