I used to feel that way but now that I see it doesn’t affect his ratings I enjoy them :-)

He’s not a kid, he knows exactly what he’s doing.
Part of what he does is to keep his loyal base engaged and excited, which is what this does. He picks his targets carefully - Rosie O’Fatso and Crooked, for example - where his barbs will not cost him anything. Independents don’t like Romney, hell his popularity is way down even in Utah.
Notice that Trump does NOT attack many people that FReepers whine about daily for him to go after, like Rosenstein or Wray. The fact that FReepers don’t like it matters not a bit, because Trump knows what he is doing. His second career was built on his innate ability to evaluate people accurately.
I completely disagree. Fortunately, it is not up to you and Trump is never, ever, ever going to change.

President Trump is not a kid. He’s got a set of balls and uses them. It’s the reason I voted for him. Romney is a back-stabbing, self-serving, liberal-loving piece of crap, and he deserves every sling and arrow that President Trump can throw his way.

I watched a$$holes like McCain and Chuck Hagel use GWB like a Pinata for years. Critizing him at a moments notice. Giving cover to Democrats.
Meanwhile during the OBAMA Presidency McCain and Hagel were never heard from. No criticism. Nothing. McCain runs a campaign guaranteed to throw the victory to Obama.
Trump is elected and lo and behold McCain returns to carrying water for Liberal/Democrats and attacks Trump on a routine basis.
Now Romney. BEGS Trump for a job. Takes his endorsement and wins a Senate seat. Then VOTES to IMPEACH Trump. He is the NEW McCain. SCREW HIM. Trump has my permission to eviscerate any time he wants.

He should *not* spare Romney one inch. Romney is one who voted to impeach Pres. Trump on non-crimes. I think it shows Trump has a kinder heart in that he only ribs Romney, who showed his intent to actually help try and destroy Trump.

You sure are taking some flak here. But I think you made a fair point. I’m not saying that you were correct. I’m saying you made a fair point. You said nothing that was outrageous.
Back when Obama was president, if you even mildly questioned him many on the the left considered you to be a racist.
Now Trump is president. If you even mildly question him many on the right considers you to be disloyal.
And that’s a shame, as it shuts down healthy debate.
