A kid who licked toilets as part of the #CoronaVirusChallenge says he's now in the hospital with coronavirus. @gayshawnmendes was also just suspended from twitter
W00t!
This might help... With a little more time, I might find something more definitive.

Good summer reading and way better than the TV series based on it.
Yep. I scanned through it to see if I would want to read the different articles and when the answer kept coming up “yes,” the rest was history. No pun intended!
I hope the links answered your questions.
I’ll check out “Song of Ice and Fire,” just in case it might be pretty good.
I don’t watch TV much. Mostly British murder mysteries on DVDs. I don’t like commercials and I don’t like propaganda, so DVDs are the things. ;o]
“Song of Fire and Ice” is the book series that inspired “Game of Thrones” on TV. Tom the Son says it’s pretty good, but he likes another massive medieval-y fantasy series better. I forget what it’s called, but some parts I’ve heard while driving with him have been entertaining.
Also, while this work is often compared to "Lord Of The Rings" by Tolkien, it is far more bloodier and more sexually graphic. If that is not a problem for you, it's worth the journey. Lastly, I recommend NOT seeing the TV series until you have read the books.
I like a good, long read. LOTR has been one of my favorites when I had to buy it at an office supply store — it was considered “underground.” I read it every year, starting with “The Hobbit,” until the first movie came out. Now I need a new, good, long read! I’ll look for it, then, and probably won’t ever get around to the TV series. As for blood and sex, I can always underline the worst of it for the next reader, you know, in case s/he doesn’t like that stuff s/he can just skip over it... ;o]
Thanks!
I’ll ask Tom what his other super long series is.
Great! I like long stories if they aren’t bogged down in politics philosophy. Of course, with CFIDS, action novels are the best for me to read so that my attention span is lengthened somewhat.
Thank you.
You’re welcome.
I’m back from the laundromat, where I showed Patrick this important survival skill, and we did all James and Vlad’s wash plus the family’s towels in an hour and a half.
The first book is The Way of Kings. The fourth book is coming out this year.
It’s vital that young adults learn basic skills such as using laundry facilities (including how to sort clothes) and meal planning. And making a bed.
Yes, if you have a LOT of washing, a laundromat is the way to go.
When I got back from CO, I was wishing there was one more of each machine. :o]
Excellent. Thanks, Tom the Son! I will look for them.
*tagline*
Good morning. We slept in. I’ll be back in a minute with a kitteh.
Sweet little marmalade floof!
Goof morning.
The laundry is done, including hanging the clothes up. There were four face masks in the laundry as well as the four wigs my sister sent. (Sounds like I’m planning a robbery...) I asked my SiL how to care for them and she said just toss them in the laundry, warm water and shake them when they’re taken out, then let them air dry.
I listened to another talk (the second of a two-part talk on world religions) and put a jigsaw puzzle together. The bed still needs to be made but my back is hurting, so it will have to wait.
Today is library day, and I’ll drop some cards in the mail and drop off my prescription on the way, then pick up the pills on my way home. I hate just sitting and waiting for the pills.
Good morning. Happy Monday.
Release 1 is officially “live.” But with COVID-19 reducing operations, we won’t know how good it really is until NYC opens up a bit more.
Still, today will have its share of phone calls.
Good morning.
Good luck on the new Release, and may all your troubles fade away with the dial tone... ;o]
