The do-it-yourself carwash is always open, or there is the robo-wash next to Jiffy Lube, but the leak in the weather strip prevents me from using that one. I don’t want to get wet. I don’t know if the other one is open but I have plastic bags to put over the seat back and on the seat to keep from having wet pants when I drive away.
The truck is really cruddy.

Happy Monday. I think we’re going to be gloomy here again.

I am determined to be cheery, even if it kills a lot of people.

I’ll be cheery, as far as the weather will allow. It’s not easy, some days. The barometer is dropping.

Frank was supposed to be reducing fractions, but he decided he was Poorly. Pat has taken an interest in disco music. I’m cleaning the kitchen.

Funny, but I can use fractions in the kitchen, but failed algebra. I had rheumatic fever in third grade when we were learning multiplication and division and I was never able to catch up on it. So when I took algebra as a sophomore, it was beyond me. I hope Frank feels better soon and that this isn’t anything serious.
Disco music. Huh. I must be the only person in the US of A that never saw “Grease.” Good luck to Pat.
Now that the laundry is done, I’m just taking things easy until its time for me to go to the library so I can fax that stuff to St George.

I think Frank stayed up too late, even though he was sent to bed at a reasonable hour.

I took a 30 minute nap. Then I got side-tracked because the Dismally Inept Lawn Service is here, blowing out the mulberry cooties from the rock bed between the sidewalk and the street.
I’ve told Chuck about the branch but he hasn’t gotten here yet, and I need to leave in a bit to go on some errands. So this time, he’ll have to wait for me.
Kara is looking for a screwdriver that, though it’s guaranteed for replacement, can’t seem to be found at any of the stores in Idaho. She found one in IL but it “isn’t available for shipment.” So I told her I’d check the local Ace Hardware for one.

It’s gloomy here, too. I think we have thunderstorms coming later.
At least we aren’t expecting snow. We had Snow on Saturday.

Bright sun here, not very warm, quite windy. Various educational activities were going on, but we’ve stopped for lunch.

I’ve seen both. Of the two I much prefer “Godspell.”
Actually, I was quite surprised at how bad “Saturday Night Fever” was. I saw it long after it created a dance craze. I could never understand why it did.
It’s not even how much I hate John Revolta. He was actually pretty good in “Stayin’ Alive.”
