The dose is everything. If I take 2 paracetamol or 2 aspirin, I’m fine. But if I take 30 of them, I am a dead man.
And this assumes that fish tank cleaner doesn’t contain any other poisonous substances.
What is paracetamol? is it phenacetin?

A teaspoon is 1/6 of an ounce, which is about 4.5 to 5 grams. The normal dose is around a quarter of a gram. Yep, 15x overdose, more or less. Maybe they even took a heaping teaspoon.
