Numbers will continue to rise as more are tested. There are probably millions out there carrying it but are asymptomatic. Death numbers will increase, but as the positive tests continue, the overall death rate will decrease and probably be closer to season flu.

Yes, the death rate will decrease from a number we have been guessing at to a number we know.
But dont ignore the real statistic that counts: Deaths.
You can have very low death rates and my expectations are .5% to 1.0%. Thats not a huge concern with a million infected people. But at 50 million infected we talking serious numbers. We had more infected people than that with the Swine Flu.
But maybe the real death rate will end up at .1% or less. A typical flu. I hope so but I just dont see any signs yet that is going to go that low.
