There are those that like this guy. I don’t. He was unprepared, he is foot dragging on KNOWN, PROVEN and TESTED cures in favor of big pharma new drugs.
They knew after H1N1 in 2009 they were woefully unprepared and they needed to make drastic changes. That’s 7 years on Obama’s watch that nothing got done with these guys.

the flu can kill 500,000 to a million worldwide each year. 60,000+ in the US 2017-2018 season alone.
Yes, I want people to be careful, wash their hands, limit exposure to people who are very old or ill, but we can’t keep the economy shut down much longer without permanent damage being done.
Methinks this will now happen every flu season when a Republican is President...

I don’t believe it is any accident that the “open borders” sanctuaries are the hardest hit; there are no health screenings for the illegals they traffic here, and those people seem to have a lower regard for laws and customs in general than the larger population.
...and Fauci is totally irresponsible in parroting this. The data simply does not exist to prove it. Flu is not a reportable illness, so the CDC can only estimate what the death rate is - assumed to be 0.1%. But no one knows for sure. Same with Covid-19 - the Case Fatality Rate (CFR) will not be known until all tested cases have been resolved (recovered or fatal). Even then, it is generally believed that the vast majority of people (80%???) either have no or mild symptoms. People who have been tested in WA state ( my home state, which has seen the most deaths) have been 93% negative.
He was very successful in his mission. Can;t think of any POTUS who did so much permanent damage to our government.
My mom did Amway for a while. She was a nurse but tried to make a few bucks.
When she was really into it, she reminded me of the nazi youth!! Say something bad about Amway and you were in trouble!!
Thank God it was just a phase.
