I was standing at 96th and Broadway this morning watching the traffic coming from the West Side Highway and was wondering why all the cars had out-of-state plates. Not just NJ either.
I figured maybe they came to NY because you can’t make them go back to their NY home after the lockdown, they don’t have a NY home. You have to let them just go free. Maybe they were headed to Connecticut and places north that are not locked down. Who knows.

I’m furious at the incompetence of our state and federal health agencies. Despite many billions of dollar budgets, they’ve been caught totally unprepared for something they’ve known was eventually going to happen for decades now. Btw, the best number are from volunteers compiling numbers from states and local agencies even news reports.

I’m not saying Abbott’s doing anything wrong, but note that the above is due, in large part, to the SELFISHNESS of the FluBros. Otherwise, we’d be like Singapore, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, where the people there are responsible, and their medical systems can handle their relatively small Coronavirus caseload without extreme measures.
