Hmmmm.... Men between ages of 18-49, per the NY Post. Could these be homosexual men with underlying health conditions? Significant number of cases in Queens (Koreans and Chinese), Brooklyn (Chinese) and Manhattan (Chinese). Much fewer cases in Bronx (Hispanic and Black) and Staten Island (Italian). This really isnt that hard to figure out what is going on in NYC.

"Basic demographic
information from local health authorities -- age, gender or both --
is available for 42 of the deaths. Among those,
at least 24 were women and 18 were men...In the U.S., of the cases for which there is data, only one person who died was in their 40s, while two people died in their 50s.
Seven people were in their 60s, nine people in their 70s, 13 people in their 80s and 10 people were in their 90s."

Something that would have to be guessed at since you are never going to be told until years later when looking at data..if then.
This does hit men more than women so that might be part of it..but you do bring up an interesting point.
Could be a lot of HIV people in that group

These people arent in hospitals, but only tested positive.
The ones in hospitals are older with multiple other serious issues.

Isn’t Brooklyn predominantly black, with a chunk of Orthodox Jewish on the Staten Island side?

One of the deceased (NY Covid19) males was an attorney (in his late 50’s, I believe), which an article also linked to his LinkedIn bio.
He was heralded as being a champion for local LGBQRST causes.
No mention of a spouse, in the main article.
Not that that means anything.
