Diminished walking about at work, etc combined with steady state caloric intake will result in increased poundage. Adjust accordingly.
Careful with food and EtOH as entertainment.
Alcohol has a LOT of unnecessary calories.
I started working at Lowes about two weeks ago. Were not closed and Im walking about 7-8 miles a day now.
Good point. Its a good time to learn about, and perhaps begin and practice intermittent fasting or regular fasting.
I have eliminated bread in compensation.

My 25-year-old son “accidentally” came over for supper last night. He’s been working from home in a tiny, high-rise apartment with a demanding cat. He said he was off yesterday afternoon and enjoyed skateboarding through the nearly vacant streets of uptown Charlotte.
He hasn’t done much skating since he broke his femur two years ago. Took this long, I guess, to get his nerve back.

Maybe try some Core Strength Training on your off-days. Tom the Son spent most of his time at Lowe’s unloading bags of soil, etc., from wholesalers’ trucks and loading them onto landscapers’ trucks.
