Nothing that results in guaranteed income, a stoppage of commerce, house arrest lockdowns, banning gun sales, shortages of certain items and mass panic could possible be a hoax.

Sure, in some states it has resulted in the complete and total institution of totalitarian policies, but we need to be safe!!! Screw liberty.

I doubt the patients at the hospital I’m working at right now think it’s a hoax. Somebody (coronavirus +) just got transferred to the ICU a few minutes ago.

unless there is something profound that we do not know....as in, discovered threats or plans to send covid into certain major metro areas as a bioweapon......I don't think there has been much thought process into all of this....and yet TPTB are all too eager to one up each other, to see who can be more of a totalitarian than the other...its almost like a contest....
