This is yet another case of a repeat offender who should have been incarcerated when he committed murder. The police knew he did it, and that he had been a habitual criminal, rack head, drug dealer, serial criminal, rapist, bum, drunk driver, thief; they have had DNA evidence linking him to the scene since 2016. Why have they waited so long? This wonderful young woman was raped and murdered because the liberal prison system would not keep a ravening beast in prison where he belonged. The public has to stop tolerating this type of situation. Some cops might deserve praise for keeping after this, but a lot of judges, prosecutors, legislators, etc. should be investigated and held accountable.
Madison...although an idyllic, beautiful major college town on the surface...is a liberal shithole. And Wisconsin has forever been ne plus ultra liberal in coddling filthy criminals.
