I was going to try telemedicine from a local group but wanted to ask a question about whether they would even cover talking about blood pressure medicine

Was on hold over a hour

I gave up.

They have to be swamped

They are handling it differently here. They will call and schedule with the patient and give them a window to call in. They included the EPIC note time between patients to prevent wait. Once the previous patient has hung up, EPIC alerts the staff to contact the patients.
