Either that or legally incompetent.
Could be a number of reasons...from having a Guardian to funds being in a blind trust for legal reasons
I also have funds I have no control over and worry if I am going to go broke...hopefully not the case. I do know it is lost a ton but I dont go around calling the virus fake.
oh and one more thing....trusts do not always mean when what you think...like billionaires jetting around.
Sometimes, they are a function of protecting assets from Medicaid, creditors, taxes, stock gains, etc and should be an important part of financial planning as one grows older
