Misinformation, lying, and agitprop are not crimes, neither should they be.
Our problem is the populace is too ignorant to see these things for what they are and to punish the purveyors socially and economically.
Not only the “journalists,” also the editors, supervisors and managers who tell them what to write.
The whole “news” business is rotten to its core.
