This is a comedic actor named David Spade, and his comment is in video form — f-bomb about every 4th word. He says something like, “ Everything is riding on Tom Hanks.”
He says that Hanks is in Australia “like Quentin Tarantino” and they should put him in a “clear box” and “see how he does”. He says “if Tom Hanks pulls through, we’ll all be so stoked” but if he doesn’t we are f’d. And “I’ll be like” - then he mimes using a shotgun to shoot up in the air.
Comments imply that the pedo bunch is worried that Hanks is in custody and is ratting them out.
