I have changed my thought about Bigfoot.
I took my dogs out for a trail run few years ago at my state park which has 25 miles of remote trails.
The dogs hair stood up and they went nuts. Out of the corner of my eye I saw something about 100 yds away stand up-dark almost black. Then turn and walk away.
Before this happened I had the weird feeling I was being watched and I have walked those trails for 10 years.
It was not human..possibly a black bear
On two legs or four legs?
I’ve had a blackbear stand on hind legs (Trying to wind my dog) and walk off on hind legs- but i saw it clearly so no doubt about it being black bear
Almost certainly a bear.
When I was a kid, we came upon a black bear in the woods of NW Florida. It was a long way off but still sure what it was.
The dogs reacted cowardly, put their tails between their legs and ran away.
I am sure we could have trained them to fight bear but this was something they were not familiar with.

LA Marzulli has some interesting videos about “bigfoot” on youtube. He along with others believe there is a connection between them and ufo’s.
Not saying it’s 100% truth, but there are multiple witnesses that say these things materialize out of nothing and then disappear. YMMV based on what you saw.
