He has some, but not the level he needs. His job takes him through even some of the isolation wards. So, yes, he is in danger now and the boss had a meeting yesterday and apologized to the whole company.

Actually, under the Constitution, the police power was reserved to the states. Quarantines would very likely have been routinely accepted by the founders if imposed by state governments.
