Otherwise a booze riot will ensue.During the NYC riots of the 60s and 70s they closed the liquor stores in all of the surrounding neighborhoods. This reminds me of that.

It took them 75 years to figure out Sunday sales. Perhaps they'll get to home delivery by the end of the millennium.
