Riverside County Health Officials Report First 2 Coronavirus-Related Death, Cancel Gatherings Of 10 Or More
COACHELLA VALLEY (CBSLA) — Public health officials in Riverside County announced the first two coronavirus-related deaths Monday
All Riverside County schools, from elementary to college, were also ordered to be closed.
Kaiser recommended that senior citizens and those with underlying health conditions in the Coachella Valley avoid any non-essential travel.

That’s precisely why a state like Maryland or PA shouldn’t shut things down (except maybe the publik skrewels, where kids can spread it like wildfire), until 3/4 of counties have problems. Same with the US: No national shutdowns until 3/4 of states already have shutdowns. Because in each case, 3/4 would be a clear signal that the virus is moving freely about the state or country.

Milk will expand when frozen but usually pushes the cap off.
Use about a cup of it before you freeze it. That way there’s room in the bottle for milk to expand.
I would not freeze it in glass. That could break and you’d lose all the milk as you cannot risk ingesting glass shards. That could kill you.
Use the plastic bottles.
I don’t know how the cardboard would work.

I checked China’s cases and noticed Hubei still has over 8000 cases in the hospital including over 500 critical. It serves as a reminder how long these illnesses progress. A month in the hospital is common.

cardboard cartoned milk freezes well. The sides expand out a bit so it doesn’t stay square. Give it a little space around it.

Here’s to bananas. Especially the big bag I bought for $1 way back at the beginning. We ate a bunch, put some in our oatmeal, dehydrated two batches of chips and froze some for banana bread.
