Compare and contrast.
Current worldwide Wuhan Flu numbers.
https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/
CDC seasonal flu data (US only).

The economic effects of this War of the Worlds is already ruinous. Hourly workers are told to stay home, furloughed, or laid off.
Dem governors are shutting down bars and restaurants (Happy St Pattys). What are those workers supposed to do?
How many small businesses will not be able to reopen?
The *party of the working man, my arse*.
At some point, personal responsibility enters the equation.
Certainly, if youre in a high risk population, you belong at home.
But, this is like trying to cover the earth with cowhide to make sure no one ever stubs a toe, rather than everyone just putting on their shoes.
How is Wuhan *deadlier than the flu* when the flu killed 35,00 people in America alone last season and Wuhan is around 7,000 worldwide with signs of it dropping in China?
Common Core math?
Potential is every bit as dangerous as *intentions*.
From the very beginning of this, I have wanted to see detailed statistics compiled from cases resulting in death showing age, sex, race and whether the person had co-morbidities, smoking history and obesity. This data might have shown that the measures we are taking now have not been necessary, may be harmful to society.
comparisons with normal death rates for people with various clusters of contributing factors would also be very informative. Our media is acting like elderly people who have 2.7 co-morbidities ( the median number among deaths in Italy) would not have died except for the corona virus.
I can hardly believe what is happening in our country.

What portion of the increase in active cases is caused by widespread testing? UW, for example, is testing over a thousand people per day.
Reading is hard ?
Apparently, stats are harder.
