Followed it to the guy’s twitter and he said he ended up deleting it because some of the info was inaccurate. It’s incredibly irresponsible to post something like that.
Thanks for the info. I do feel things in Italy are dire. We have neighbors here in Northern Virginia who have relatives in Italy. They are posting pics and have been told that their 90 yr old grandmother will be refused treatment due to her age, if she becomes ill.
Politics are important, but this may be a time to put them aside. We are NOT losing all our liberties. We are being asked to stay indoors for 2 weeks and limit contact to the extent that the virus has no further HOST. Once that happens, it will die down to the point we can continue to manage it through our hospital system.
I feel it’s time to trust our President, VP, and his administration. If this country is hit with what has happened in Italy, it will be of such a magnitude that we will not have strength left to fight for any freedoms. Please listen to what’s going on and educate yourself if you are doubting.
I have a question.....Before we had vaccines for them, we had quarantines for Polio and Measles. Did the whole damn country shut down? We had rationing in WW2, did we have mass panic?
I’m 78 years old and have not seen anything like this hysteria in my lifetime!

I am 67 years old and we BOTH have lived through the MANY new viruses coming into this country and I am with you this hysteria is ridiculous, we have certainly come a long way from the greatest generation, moved right into the snowflake generation!! OMG I am so sad for this republic right now it just breaks my heart!!!

You are correct, he did pull the thread and I wonder what parts were hyperbole, or incorrect or mis-represented. OR...that it was information that should not have been released to the general public yet. Triage is a nasty business....
With your post and my original post, I would say, let the reader beware.... with the caveat that some of the information could be incorrect.
I went through thread where he said he deleted the original post for the reasons listed. He would not come back and say what areas were incorrect. He had defenders as well as detractors. Was it all bunk, or too close to the truth?

Our hospitals need to be able to care for those who need it. So, yes - limiting an available host is the best way to keep it manageable.
