rewatching the presser that just took place...a few of those NHS blue suits I think are actually security personnel. Reason I say that is they are scanning the room with their eyes the way a security person would. I could be wrong and it might just be their way of staying focused while they wait through this briefing, but I’ve never seen folks do that unless they were trained to do so. Same way we trained our lookouts in the Navy.
