That is extremely speculative...
3 out of 12 recovered people had lung damage...No report on whether these three had any previous illness such as COPD, emphysema, or some other problems...

This is very misleading — there is radiographic evidence of lung damage with and pneumonia, so pedal this panic elsewhere.
