The host of “Trish Regan Primetime” told viewers this week that concerns about the coronavirus were “yet another attempt to impeach the president.”
The Fox Business anchor Trish Regan, whose on-air dismissal of the coronavirus as “another attempt to impeach the president” left her cable network facing a firestorm of criticism this week, has been removed from her prime-time slot for the foreseeable future, the network said on Friday.
Ms. Regan’s 8 p.m. program, “Trish Regan Primetime,” is “on hiatus until further notice,” Fox Business said in a statement. The network declined to say if Ms. Regan would continue to appear on its other programs, saying that its coverage plans for the coronavirus crisis remained in flux.
Fox Business attributed the move to “the demands of the evolving pandemic crisis coverage,” saying it was shifting resources toward daytime coverage of the pandemic and global markets. Both “Trish Regan Primetime” and its follow-up at 9, “Kennedy,” will be replaced by general-interest programs.

Trish was trained as a professional opera singer, so maybe she can find a job in the music industry now. Like FLOTUS, she’s fluent in a few languages. Was “Miss Connecticut” (or whatever state she’s from). Quite talented overall.

You’re right that there’s no pandemic crisis. You’re wrong that it’ll be the nail in the lib coffin. If the actual numbers of cases and/or deaths don’t fit the doomsday narrative, the numbers will be “adjusted” enough to get the sheeple terrified and in line. All we’ll know is what we’ll be told, and how can you argue with that?
Already, I’m wondering how many have the flu, but it’s being called COVID-19.

Brit Hume didn’t think there was a chance that Trump could win, but I wouldn’t call him a ‘never trumper’.
Hume was being a real asshole re Trump just this past weekend (I had to turn the channel), and never has missed a chance to criticize him on his demeanor, etc.
FBN has taken prudent steps to limit staffing levels and is prioritizing its coverage during market hours. I fully support this decision — we all must to do our part to keep our colleagues safe."

I’m not Travis but the assumption in this chart is not good data analytics and misleading. Let me try and explain.
Simple put It is making negative assumptions punched into a spreadsheet that are not based on facts.
The fatality rate for COVID 19 is nowhere near as high as some alarmist make it out to be. It is dropping as a % as more test are own and capture those with mild symptoms. That is why no one, repeat ZERO under the age of 10 has died anywhere in the world, including China, Iran or Italy .
As more test are done you will see more confirmed cases but death rate % dropping as it already has started to do that’s because it is more mild than reported for most people and so far only serious cases get counted for the most part.
There will be more deaths, serious yes, it might even surpass the 12,461 deaths in US in 2009 from H7N9 aka swine flu.
Look: The two countries that have done the most testing that can be relied upon is S Korea and Germany , they have tested well over 350,000 and have a combined 12,761 cases and 84 deaths for a fatality rate of .0065 or less than 1%. That is more than the flu but nothing like what some are reporting here and in the news.
As a matter of fact if you add up the top 15 countries with reported cases excluding China, Italy and Iran you get over 35,000 cases and 501 deaths for a fatality rate of .014-about 1%. It’s probably lower and more in line with Germany and S Korea as many cases are even more mild go unreported.
Furthermore: Worldwide there are 74,779 active cases and 92% , or 68,991 are rated as mild, 5888 are rated as serious, 75,992 have recovered and about 5,850 died.
So until we get a better data set to see how many people are infected (and we may never know as many recover without reporting) at the very least we shouldn’t jump to conclusions and make these projections in the chart.
Message to to Fox - My viewing now ends at Lou Dobbs. Take him off the air and my viewing ends entirely. Put her back on the air or lose the audience (not that they care). Paul Ryan needs to be targeted and destroyed.

Yes, not that they care. There are oceans of money dedicated to bringing down the US and censoring any remaining conservative voices. Paul Ryan would be an early good target who is on the Fox board, but how to destroy him is an open qustion.

17,000,000 – 24,000,000 flu medical visits
370,000 – 670,000 flu hospitalizations
22,000 – 55,000 flu deaths
And how about the 2018 flu season in the U.S.
CDC: 80,000 people died of flu last winter in U.S., highest death toll in 40 years.
It may be nothing more than the Good Lord's way of "thinning the herd."
