If I go pick up liquor at a store I generally get carded.
Of course if I’m taking it private to private no such requirement.
If the meter is running we will deliver whatever afaik. I wouldn’t turn business down. Legal of course.
So theoretically a dude who looks old enough to buy booze could order it..you get it..and then deliver it without carding
Of course, this isnt going to work for some dude who looks 16.
