I agree - and a Deep State setup would have been VERY RISKY for them, as all Trump would have had to do was respond like Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan and he’s be a national hero, to EVERYONE. In fact, the President of Taiwan’s approval ratings are through the roof there...as she found someone medically qualified to lead the fight against the virus and then got out of the way.
Trump, instead, seemed to go to his financial advisers who convinced him that once you calm the mass panic, all will be fine. Trump tried that...didn’t work
Trump's in a tough spot. Very little news with H1N1 but the MSM will(probably already are) list all the deaths every day. I wouldn't put it past blue States or Counties to call every case of flu, coronavirus. Look who's canceled things, Sports, entertainment, tech and coastal States. Left, Left, Left and Left. agreed... I admit to taking things less seriously in terms of preparation, a few weeks ago. Then my daughter and her husband who are connected in the tech community left for a remote location to hunker down. I was still skeptical, but started supplementing my inventory. I took my parents who are in their 80’s out of Maryland and deposited them in the south on the beach until mid May. My last outside appt is Tuesday and then I’m playing hermit. I’m hoping Trump by proceeding too cautiously hasnt handed Biden the election.

It’s not an effort against Trump but the Dems here in NYC are making the most of it to bash the federal efforts and thus make themselves the true heroes. They are even claiming that mayor and governor are working smoothly together.
