During an unusually severe bout of depression, I didn’t leave the house for almost a month.
It’s not good to stay cooped up like that. It took another month or so just to feel physically normal.

During an unusually severe bout of depression, I didn’t leave the house for almost a month. It’s not good to stay cooped up like that. It took another month or so just to feel physically normal. And then there were men like Richard Wurmbrand, who would not bow to Hilter and the Commies , and spent 14 years in prison, 3 of which were in solitary without sunlight. And after being ransomed did ministry from the US for decades, and died at 93(!).
