Those are the major airports for international arrivals, so that makes a lot of sense.
Although Fort Custer is actually on the opposite side of the state from Detroit Metro Airport.

Well before the travel ban, I had written that we should route all international travel to just a small handful of airports where incoming passengers could be quarantined and screened. Those who show symptoms or test positive move to a second or third level quarantine.
Now I’m not sure it matters much. Only travel allowed will be from South America and I guess a few ME countries.
