Seems to me that Iran and China must have been doing some skullduggery cooperation for WuFlu to get there so fast and hard, you think the mullahs wanted their population hit like that, then? Give the people something else to think about besides bringing down the tyrants.

That is the opinion of most of my contacts attached to (not in) the IC. Speculation is that Canada Lab was developing vax for Hu-Corona and BlackHats got a version to China. China split it up among several labs in order to diffuse speculation on their Bio-weapon program. [Be not deceived, the US and others have a bio-weapon program also. See; Canada, above.]
Here’s where it gets [wildly?] speculative: All the Chinee labs knew that the virus needed to mutate and, THAT, in a mammalian host. The different hosts were specific to separate labs. Wuhan used bats to develop mutations. Since bat soup was quite popular (traditional tribal dietary habit) among the under-paid and over-worked locals tasked with “spelunking for bats”, naturally, they kept some of their harvest for home use. Add in a likelihood of poor sanitation at the delivery point, co-mingling of infected and “new bats” in that point and the local “bat harvesters” became carriers of the virus. Wuhan is also home to science workers related to nuclear development, hence Iran’s contamination. Other thoughts tend to population infections among the local bats from some who got away and “went home”.
So, as said earlier, COVID-19 is an ^immature^ bio-weapon that escaped due to lack of security and then could not be contained. By “immature”, it is meant that the antidote vaccine was not ready yet.
All this said, and understanding that all military powers in the world have a bio-weapon development program, intent of the release is a dicey subject. Most will conclude that YES it is a WMD-Bio but NO it wasn’t an act of war. Was it intended to be used at this time as a WMD-Bio? Not likely.
Again, the US can ramp up WNMD-Bio in short order but do they intend to use them in a war? No. Vaccines can’t be developed without the virus being known.
