Julie Smith, 41, her 5-year-old daughter Scarlett, 12-year-old son Jaxon, and their grandmother, Josephine Fay, are the latest victims of someone who should never have been allowed to remain in the country. But the destruction of this American family in Florida will not serve as an impetus for action on immigration enforcement and illegal alien reckless drivers the same way the impending Supreme Court decision on DACA will spawn a clamor for amnesty.
Lucas Dos Reis Laurindo, 26, is now charged with careless driving for a crash just south of Orlando that killed four members of the Smith family three weeks ago while they were vacationing in Disney World. According to Florida Highway Patrol, Laurindo rear-ended the Smiths’ minivan at a high speed on the evening of February 18, causing the van to turn over. Three members of the Massachusetts family were killed instantly, and 12-year-old Jaxon died the next day in the hospital.
The charge has not yet resulted in a criminal arrest, just a ticket. However, according to local media in Massachusetts, Laurindo was arrested by federal authorities on a “visa violation.”
Is there an accounting or list anywhere of all these cases such as this? This evil has to stop.

How much more of this should we take? Those who voted for the illegals to have “citizens’ rights” in this country should be held responsible. The demonic frenzy for a “new world order” is getting in the way of common decency and common sense. So sad.
Just think if the msm covered these storys the same way they cover coronavirus deaths. Hell, even the way they cover coronavirus confirmed cases.

One of my coworker’s son was married and on the way to the reception, a drunk illegal alien broadsided the parents of the bride’s car and killed both of them. For reasons I can’t fathom, the judge set bail at $10,000, which he somehow posted, and he’s never been heard from again.

Look they need to make vehicular manslaughter a second degree homicide charge if not premeditated, and a first degree homicide charge if it was deliberate.
This has been a massive injustice loophole in our legal system, nationwide. The tool used should not let someone off with a traffic ticket if its a car that kills them versus hands/knife/hammer/gun.
I would really like to know how many Americans have been killed by illegal aliens in the same period of those who have died of the coronavirus? My bet is that illegals have killed at least twice as many.
