Interesting, in that it would seem to be a small step away from holding companies like Facebook accountable when fraudsters use their platforms to conduct the fraud and some other mechanism such as Paypal for the actual transaction.

Does this mean now that Craigslist can be sued and held liable if you got scammed?? How about the personal ads in the News paper?? doesn’t sound far fetched to me after reading this.
