Goose Gossage was an American major leage baseball player whose flamboyant style and fierce reputation as a closer for the Yankees and Padres was as fiery as his conservative political views.

To solve the puzzle:
- Enter the letters in the top half (letter columns) of the puzzle into the white squares on the bottom half (answer grid) below
- Each letter must stay in its own column within the grid
- Each letter must be used exactly once
- Black squares represent spaces and do not get letters
- Gray squares represent punctuation marks or numbers and do not get letters
- Some words will continue from one row to another. Only spaces (black squares) or punctuation marks separate words.
