VA recently allowed historical horse racing machines; I drive by a facility in Central VA. This move to allow full casino gambling was under the radar. Hopefully a nice place is opened in Richmond with a buffet. :)

One of the local Richmond stations has been running an ad from some group bemoaning that the Indian tribes and billionaires will get all the profits from the casinos, and blacks will get nothing.

Nothing helps an economically depressed city than opening up a casino that lets all the unemployed and underemployed people waste all their money, giving it to rich people who live in cities that are not economically depressed.
