4. Why does Russia not seem to be infected too much?

Russia slammed their border with China shut very early on.

They are not encouraging flights from any hot spot.

They have the will, and a population willing to follow orders (given the history of what "OR ELSE" could entail) to enforce quarantines...

Almost no cases in Mexico, too. Maybe because all their sick people headed north?
