No. two separate drugs combined.You can also buy them separately.

Two completely different drugs, but often taken together.

I think there are several BP drugs that you can get with or without the diuretic added. Lisinopril is one of them that comes with or without.

Lisinopril is not HCTZ, but they are often combined in one pill.

You can check your prescription bottle, if in doubt.
