Just out of curiosity did you have methylation (MTHFR) DNA testing done? I did as part of a larger series of enzymes tests but the folate metabolism was normal.

Did you have any more extensive methyl donor metabolism investibations?

Just curious. I’ve considered it but have never gotten the mojo to just do that LOL.

btw, Direct labs also had a larger set of tests. Probably skip this one unless it can go towards my deductible but I would pay for the cheaper one

direct labs kit for MTHFR Individual Gene-Cell Science is swab or blood draw.

do you think Swab is good enough or is blood draw better?
