Just out of curiosity did you have methylation (MTHFR) DNA testing done? I did as part of a larger series of enzymes tests but the folate metabolism was normal.
No. Never heard it. Going to put it on my list to see about. If Dr wont order I will just buy it from Directlabs

Just curious. I’ve considered it but have never gotten the mojo to just do that LOL.
btw, Direct labs also had a larger set of tests. Probably skip this one unless it can go towards my deductible but I would pay for the cheaper one
