Continuation of the thread.
Most states with low testing numbers (the vast majority of the states!) are not testing because the kits are not ready to go in their states.
They would test if they could...
Stress heightened susceptibility?
The health director said that they had completed 50 tests as of last Sunday. Not sure where your source gets their info.
World wide border crossing bans would stop it but our leaders don't have the guts.
Imagine a liberal city leaving it’s people open to infection just daring Trump to quarantine. Still playing their politics.
Your number is correct:

Of course they should be using all of their 150 available tests for people in voluntary quarantine or folks with pulmonary systems in hospitals.
The county health official doesnt even bother to issue a formal order.*
hey now. Riverside Co., CA, had no problem signing a formal order on a moment’s notice.
Yeah—this is all about courage and leadership.
We shouldn’t lie to ourselves about _that_.

Costa Rica raises coronavirus cases to nine, including three Americans
Of the nine, one was an American woman who lives in Costa Rica, while the other two US citizens were a couple who had arrived as tourists from New York, the government said.
“Second positive COVID-19 case in #Hawaii is Oahu man who recently traveled to Washington state where outbreak is more widespread”
Restrictions on interstate travel would be an economic disaster.
If it happens, WA will be the first state “locked down”.
Or, I should say it would be first to receive a lock down order.
There will be no “locking down” in the US. It’s counter to every cultural fiber of our being.
The military should setup triage around hospitals. They have the proper biohazard gear. The eastern US with it’s high population density......
I’m seeing their greed for the tourism industry is put ahead of the safety of the citizens that live in the state. That is unforgivable no matter what party they belong to.
Americans could do with less A/C. Offices and schools have done themselves a great deal of harm installing windows that don’t open.
For years, we haven’t turned on the heat until it’s 40 outside and haven’t turned on the a/c until about 90. Between those temps, there is usually fresh air flowing through. That may or may not help.
Some truth about where we are with testing NOW.
The initial test used in America for the never-before-seen coronavirus was developed by the CDC. The new test kits are manufactured by Integrated DNA Technologies, Inc., which told NBC News in a statement Friday afternoon that it had delivered enough kits to test more than 700,000 individuals using the CDC protocol.
In the same article, 1.5 million should be available next week.
I know, too little, too late, but testing is happening at a much faster pace than the liberal media would have you believe.
Disney is another case of horses and barn doors. It’s all about the money.

Drive-through coronavirus testing has arrived in Seattle. It allows people to simply roll down the window, get a nasal swab, and head home to wait for results.
Local evening news - West TX A&M vs. St. Edwards basketball game doesn’t have many in the stands.
No, IS happening. Im reading probably 100+ news stories a day and many of them said testing was ramping up LAST WEEK.
